Slottsfjellsmuseet is located at the foot of Castle Hill in Tonsberg, Norway and is dedicated to presenting regional history and has a strong focus on Viking and the King Era, as well as the history of Tonsberg. Come for a fascinating view of a rare Viking ship, the Klastad, which was built about A.D. 800, and a massive blue whale skeleton, which is a must see, the museum also covers the whaling era of the city. Slottsfjellsmuseet offers guided tours, and exhibitions include the civil war, Vestfold yard which was built in 1940-1950, the castle of the rock and so much more, come gain insights into the Middle Ages and more. Haugar Vestfold Kunstmuseum
The Haugar Vestfold Kunstmuseum in Tonsberg, Norway was built between 1918 to 1921 by architects and is housed in an impressive brick building in the old Maritime college.
