The Big Rock Blue Marlin Tournament is a non-profit fishing tournament held every year in Morehead City, North Carolina which has to date donate over 3 million dollars to charity. The Big Rock, is not a rock at all, but a series of ledges, peaks and plateaus where reef fish reside and attract the bigger fish that marlin feast on over 8-10 miles of the East Coast, and is considered the premier spot for marlin fishing.
